Grace Yoga is the perfect mid-day reset designed to fit right into your lunch break. This gentle yet energizing class blends moving meditation, stretching, and breathwork to release tension, explore posture, breath awareness, restore focus, and re-energize your body and mind. Whether you’re at a desk all morning or just need a mindful pause, Grace Yoga helps you return to work feeling refreshed, centered, and balanced, no experience required. The class will be guided by Yoga Instructor Becky Rosty, CYI-200. Beginners are welcome. Mats & props will be provided.
