507 Pitching Program | Session 1
Description:
507 Baseball Academy is proud to announce their 507 PITCHING PROGRAM led by our lead pitching instructor Ben Moore. With a 17-year career in professional baseball Ben has witnessed the changes in pitching development first hand and is able to blend old school philosophies with new school data and technology. Our pitching program will allow you to integrate velocity building, pitch design, arm care, and mental preparation into becoming the best pitcher you can be today, while laying the groundwork for reaching your ceiling in the future. Our program is designed to be used in a group setting where other like-minded players will challenge you to compete and grow together!
Our performance program is included with your pitching program. This program is a 30 min active recovery, strength, speed, and mobility circuit run by 507 strength coaches after each pitching session.
