Junior Wrestling Camp

Boys and girls are invited to join us for a holiday wrestling camp. Wrestlers will learn basic moves and rules along with participating in tumbling and conditioning exercises. Our coaches who will lead this camp have many years of coaching wrestling at the high school and middle school level. Wrestlers are asked to wear athletic clothing and bring water. Wrestling head-gear is optional.
