Event Description

Pre-Season Training

Our pre-season training is for ages 13+ who want to knock the rust off before entering their spring season and tryouts. We will focus on arm care, building volume, and using mechanics to avoid the normal first month soreness when switching back to baseball. Emphasis will be placed on pitch design and command.

Pre-season hitting will allow you to get a ton of reps in different challenging environments and scenarios along with training bat speed and swing decisions.

We have set these up so you can sign up for any dates and times that work best for you. Pop in for one or two sessions or stay with us for all 8 weeks. Up to you!!
