Cancellation Policy: A $40.00 non-refundable fee will be charged for all cancellations more than two weeks in advance of camp. No refunds past two weeks prior to camp.
Weather:
While cancellations on our part are a rare occurrence, they do happen occasionally. We do everything that we can to avoid it, but at times we must make the hard decision to cancel a camp/session due to unsafe weather conditions. If a camp/session is cancelled due to weather, you may elect to receive a full credit toward a future camp/session, or a refund (full if entire camp is cancelled or partial if a session is cancelled) minus a 10% administrative fee.
