DESCRIPTION: 

Our 507 Softball Hitting Program is designed to assess and train current weaknesses with the goal of competing at the next level. We blend cues with external and internal focuses to help each player train as efficiently as possible.   We have the tools, knowledge, and passion to help each player achieve their goals.  

Session 1 - Ages 12-18 - Sundays 6-7pm

Cost: $106 per month ($100 + $6 Fee)

December Dates: 7th, 14th, 21st, 28th

Register for All 4 Months (November - February) and Save $50

This program has been created to mold and enhance hitters for their upcoming season

PHASE 1 - ASSESS

• Introduction to hitting drills
• Develop personalized hitting routine

PHASE II - TRAIN

This results-driven program will cover all aspects of hitting including:

• Dynamic Warm-Ups
• Personalized Hitting Plan
• Lower-Half Work
• Velocity and Off-Speed training
• Hand Speed and Bat Speed

Trainees will be exposed to cutting edge drills, concepts, and mechanics:

• Increase bat speed: Advanced overload/underload training combined with efficient mechanical instruction
• Boost exit velocity: Improved movement patterns to help for more consistent, harder contact
• Improved Bat Path: Adjustments in approach allow for training to translate into consistent damage done in games
• Video Analysis: self analysis creates daily improvement
