OSU Agriculture Microbiome Program
The Oklahoma State University Agriculture Microbiome Program (AMP) will introduce ninth and tenth grade students and STEM teachers to the microbiome sciences that promise to improve agricultural productivity and reduce the environmental impact of agriculture. This program includes a variety of interactive virtual modules and a week-long hands-on summer camp on the Oklahoma State University, Stillwater Campus. Students will develop laboratory and presentation skills to share what they learned with their communities.
Who can apply?
- Current 8th and 9th Grade Students (future 9th and 10th graders 2026-27 school year)
- Agriculture, Science, Technology, Engineering, and Math Teachers

- Spring 2026 - Virtual Modules Open
- May 2026 - Pre-AMP Zoom Meetings
- May 31-June 5, 2026: AMP Summer Camp OSU-Stillwater Campus Tentative Schedule
- May 31, 2026 - Camp Check-in at 10 am
- June 5, 2026 - 1:00-3:00 pm final presentations; camp ends at 3:00 pm
- Summer/Fall 2026 - Community Presentations
