1 hour of Fielding and an 1 hour of hitting on college facilities. We will go through a series of drills.

What to Bring: Glove, athletic shoes, Bat & helmet, Water bottle, Positive attitude and energy!

Additional Information: Please throw and stretch prior to defense session, Tennis shoes will be needed for the cages (no cleats)
