First Contact Clinic is a great opportunity to improve on Passing and Defense skills. We will work on defensive movements, eye sequencing and ball control of running the back row. We will be working on how to effectively pursue and make relentless efforts to dig the ball in transition. We will also focus on passing aggressive serves to ensure we keep our team in system. Ball control is the primary focus of this clinic.

Hitters Clinic will break down the footwork, timing and arm swing mechanics of hitting. We will be working on the toolbox of shot selections to make you a well-rounded hitter who can use aggressiveness and strategy as an offensive weapon.
