BRONCO WINTER ELITE PROSPECT CAMP 2026

SATURDAY, JANUARY 10TH
WHO: Grades 8th - 12th, JUCO & Transfers TIME: 9:00am - 3:00pm COST: $275 LIMITED BY POSITION

DESCRIPTION

This camp is designed for the highly motivated high school athlete who has aspirations of playing softball at the collegiate level. This Bronco Softball Camp is open to any and all entrants, however, enrollment is limited to ensure individual attention by members of the Western Michigan University Coaching Staff. WMU Prospect camps are designed for players to showcase their skills in a high-level practice and game environment..

NO WALK-UP REGISTRATIONS WILL BE ACCEPTED
All Medical Waivers, concussion and health forms will be completed and signed electronically.

WHAT TO BRING/WEAR

Softball Gear (glove, bat, catching gear, cleats, Turfs/Tennis shoes, helmets, batting gloves)
Softball Uniform
Water bottle and lunch to refuel

SCHEDULE

9:00am Intro/Warm up
9:15am Skill and Drills
11:30-12:00 Lunch Break
12:00pm Live Scrimmage
2:50pm Wrap up

DIRECTIONS

From I-94: At exit #74, turn north onto US-131, go 2.7 miles; use the following directions for exiting from US-131
From US-131: At exit #36, turn east onto Stadium Drive, follow Stadium Drive 2.5 miles all the way down until you see the Donald Seelye Athletic Center on your right just past the football stadium.
From M-43 North of Kalamazoo: Turn left off M-43 (Gull Road) in Kalamazoo on to Riverview Drive; go under the railroad overpass and bear right onto Michigan Avenue for 0.4 miles; it then becomes Kalamazoo Avenue. Continue until it becomes Stadium Drive. The Donald Seelye Athletic Center will be on your left right before the football stadium.

PARKING INFORMATION

There is a parking lot next to the Seelye Center.

MERCHANDISE

WMU Softball apparel will be for sale at the camp, please bring cash or use a credit card.

MEALS

Please bring your own lunch, a meal will not be provided.

ACCOMMODATIONS

This is not an overnight camp. Players traveling from out of town will be responsible for securing their own accommodations.

REFUND POLICY

If a player is forced to pull out of the camp for COVID, or other medical reasons, a FULL refund (minus a 6% processing fee) will be granted to the player if notification is given by January 3, 2026 with medical proof from a Physician. If players do not withdraw before this date, a $60 processing fee will be withheld from the refund.
