High School In-Season Membership
Our approach to the High School In-Season Program is to focus on technique and positions that seem to be common problem areas with our athletes during competition. After technique we will allow time for our athletes to focus on their needs, giving them options to live wrestle, spar or continue troubleshooting in areas they need to improve in.
