TC Speed Clinic
Receive the basic fundamentals of sprinting along with a specific understanding of how to accomplish postural integrity, proper acceleration, and an ability to integrate complex drills and exercises into weekly training sessions. Attendees will walk away with a deeper understanding of what it means to sprint efficiently and fast.
