TC Hurdles Clinic
Receive the basic fundamentals of sprinting along with a specific understanding of how to accomplish postural integrity with hurdle mobility, proper acceleration and speed between the hurdles, and an ability to integrate complex hurdle drills and exercises into weekly training sessions. Attendees will walk away with a deeper understanding of what it takes to hurdle at a high level.
*NOTE: THIS IS NOT A CLINIC FOR ATHLETES WHO HAVE NEVER HURDLED BEFORE.
