Mavericks' Softball Camps
2026 Winter Clinics
Catching Clinic: The catching clinic will cover skills and drills for players ages 12-18. The objective of the catching camp is to teach fundamentals of catching and provide and understanding on how to work with their pitchers. The areas of instruction will include receiving, blocking, bunt retrieval, balls to the plate, throw downs, picks and footwork. Each catcher is encouraged to bring their own catching gear.
Campers will receive 1 camp shirt for the day regardless of number of sessions sign up. Only turfs or molded cleats can be used (no metal cleats).
