Event Description
Advanced Mechanics Stroke Camps
The advanced mechanics stroke camp is designed for swimmers that have the desire to be introduced to training at a competitive level and improve all four of their strokes! This camp will have more competitive training sessions built in than our previous camps. This camp is perfect for swimmers who need technique improvement and desire insight to training tips. We suggest if you decide to join this camp that you have a competitive swimming background (i.e. club, summer league, high school, etc.). If you have any questions, please reach out to Coach Woody or Coach Lisa.
