Up to $300 Work Study Opportunity for 28-Day Campers Elite Camp
Overview
The Train to Win Leadership & Service Series is designed for campers who want to grow not only as wrestlers but as leaders for life. This unique work study program rewards commitment, service, and mentorship — giving campers the chance to earn up to $300 in camp credit or reimbursement while gaining real-world leadership experience.
Selected participants will play an active role in shaping the camp’s culture by helping lead nightly Journal Reflection Sessions, supporting daily operations, and assisting staff with leadership and service-based projects.
Program Highlights

Lead Journal Reflection Discussions:
- Guide small-group evening sessions focused on faith, mindset, gratitude, goal-setting, and lessons learned each day.

Serve the Camp Community:
- Dedicate one hour per day to helping camp operations — assisting coaches, organizing gear, or supporting setup for training, meals, and leadership sessions.

Develop Leadership Skills:
- Participate in short daily leadership challenges and receive mentorship from NCAA Champions, Olympic medalists, and college coaches on what it means to Train to Win in Life.

Earn up to $300 Work Study Credit:
- Campers who fulfill all leadership and service commitments will receive up to $300 based on weekly performance and participation.
Eligibility
- Must be enrolled in the Train to Win 28-Day Camp
- Minimum age: 14 years old
- Must demonstrate positive attitude, responsibility, and willingness to serve others
- Limited positions available – Selection based on application responses
Expectations
- Be on time and fully engaged in each leadership assignment
- Model excellence, humility, and teamwork
- Participate in at least one leadership reflection or service role each week
- Maintain camp standards for effort, attitude, and respect
