Summer Academic Elite Prospect Camp

At Jays Baseball Academy, our goal is to provide the best instructional, educational, and empowering baseball experience. We take pride in offering one of the best college baseball instructional camps in the country. Our camps are led by Johns Hopkins University Head Baseball Coach, Nate Mulberg, who coached in the 2020 Tokyo Olympic Games. Johns Hopkins assistant coaches, other elite instructors from the top universities nationwide, and our current college players will also be in attendance.

All of our camps are staffed with an optimal coach-to-player ratio to ensure that each individual receives maximum exposure and instruction. We look forward to seeing you at camp! Camp will be held outside at beautiful Babb Field at Stromberg Stadium (weather permitting). An alternative nearby indoor facility is also available for use in case of inclement weather as well as additional instruction/evaluation throughout camp.

In the case of inclement weather, camp will be moved indoors to the Newton White Athletic Center, which is adjacent to Babb Field

Post-Camp Video-Call Evaluation -  Following camp, you will have an opportunity to meet with Coach Mulberg via video conference for up to 40-minutes. This call will review your camp metrics and performance, while also providing detailed instruction about how to improve based on our coaching staff's evaluation of your performance at camp. You will also have an opportunity to ask questions about general baseball topics, our baseball program, player-development systems, and player-evaluation processes. The cost is $159 for this optional add-on.

Video Analysis - You will receive a 10-minute video breakdown from Coach Faris (hitting coach) and/or Coach Furman (pitching coach) of your mechanics. This video will be available for you to download and utilize as needed in the future. They will provide advice as to how you can optimize your movement patterns and make improvements. In addition to the video breakdown, you will receive exercises, drills and ideas to implement into your training regimen. These skill-development suggestions will be identical to what we do with our players at Hopkins on a daily basis. If you sign-up for this add-on, you will receive your video breakdown within 2-4 weeks after camp concludes. The cost is $149 for hitting or pitching, or $259 for both.
