The PB Performance Lab Program helps athletes stay sharp and continue improving throughout the season with a blend of on-court skill training, video shot analysis, and personalized game film breakdowns. Players refine their technique, decision-making, and confidence through targeted feedback and real-time adjustments. This program bridges practice and performance, ensuring consistent growth even during the demands of the competitive season.

OFF-COURT OPTIONS

Shot-Analysis: Players Box Shot Analysis gives athletes personalized, professional feedback on their shooting form. By sending in 3–5 short video clips, players receive a custom 2–3 minute voice-over analysis that breaks down mechanics, highlights key adjustments, and provides actionable drills. This focused, on-demand feedback helps athletes understand exactly what to work on to build a more consistent and confident shot.

Game Film Breakdown: Players Box Game Film Breakdown gives athletes a deeper understanding of their in-game performance. By submitting their full-game footage, players receive a personalized voice-over analysis featuring 10–15 key clips that highlight decision-making, reads, and technical execution. Each breakdown provides actionable feedback to help athletes sharpen their instincts, improve technique, and make smarter plays in real-game situations.
