2026 Life U Summer Wrestling Camp

Our Individual Summer Wrestling Camp is our premier summer camp experience. This camp brings together high-level instruction, focused skill development, and plenty of mat time so every athlete leaves better than when they arrived.

Across five training sessions, wrestlers will study technique, drill with purpose, compete in live situations, and learn how to apply what they are taught. With a strong emphasis on small group learning, athletes will have opportunities to choose areas they want to improve and receive individualized instruction.

Every wrestler who visits Life University will learn to LUCHA like never before. Do not miss this opportunity of a lifetime.

Camp Options

We offer multiple options so families can choose what works best for their situation.

Commuter

The commuter option works well for families who live locally or prefer to travel to camp each day. Campers will recieve lunch and dinner where applicable.

Resident

The resident option is for campers staying overnight. Housing is included in the camp fee. Resident campers should bring bedding, towels, pillows, toiletries, and personal items. A full meal plan is included for resident campers.

Both commuter and resident campers benefit from expert instruction, positive training environments, and a fun, competitive atmosphere. The best choice depends on travel distance, preference, and how immersive an experience the athlete wants.

Housing

We’ve partnered with The Sonesta, a local luxury hotel in Marietta, Georgia, quality hotel accommodations. Wrestlers are assigned rooms and may have up to three roommates. Bed sharing may occur in some cases to keep camp affordable while still prioritizing age and developmental appropriateness.

Boys and girls are housed on separate floors. Clear rules, supervision, and policies are in place to support camper safety.

Team Pricing

Coaches interested in bringing groups of eight or more wrestlers can inquire about special team pricing.
