2026 Life U Wrestling Team Camp

Our Team Camp is built to sharpen skills, build toughness, and strengthen team culture. Over three days, wrestlers will train with Life University coaches, compete in multiple duals, and experience what it feels like to train in a college wrestling environment.

With eight technique-focused training sessions and multiple dual rounds, athletes will work on neutral, top, and bottom, then immediately test what they learn in live competition.

Housing

We’ve partnered with The Sonesta, a local luxury hotel in Marietta, Georgia, a local hotel in Marietta, Georgia, to provide top quality accommodations for our wrestlers. Wrestlers will be assigned rooms and may have up to three roommates. To keep camp affordable, some wrestlers will share beds where appropriate.

Age and developmental considerations are taken seriously; older athletes will not room with very young athletes. Boys and girls will be on separate floors, and camp policies are in place to prevent commingling during the stay.
