PROSPECT CAMP

Grades: 9th - 12th Time: Pitching Session: 12:00pm - 3:00pm
Offensive/Defensive Session: 3:30pm - 6:30pm
Cost: $60 per session Limited to 50 participants per session |
| Location: Lamberti Recreation Center, on the campus of Buena Vista University |
Pitching camp:

Enhance the knowledge and understanding of a college pitching program

Gain tools that will further teach explosion and increased velocity

Learn how to efficiently warm up and cool down to stay healthy

Opportunity to gain feedback on individual pitching metrics using FlightScope data
Offensive & Defensive Camp:
- Receive hands-on coaching from current BVU coaches and players
- Presented drills that will enhance your explosive movements
- Analyze your individual swing, focusing on rotational explosion and distribution of weight
- Gain further knowledge and understanding of the BVU program
What to Bring:
- Bat
- Bating Gloves
- Glove
- Wear baseball practice clothes (no cleats)
