Indoor Winter Camp

Looking to showcase and improve your skills this winter? Sign up today for the Cardinal Baseball Indoor Winter Camp! This camp will be a combination of teaching and skill development, as well as a chance to showcase your abilities in front of the Wesleyan Baseball coaching staff. 

• Session 1 (Pitchers and Catchers):
  • Pitchers will go through a dynamic warmup, pre-throw routine, PFP series, throwing progression, a bullpen session and a pitching lecture/Q&A. 
  • Catchers will go through a dynamic warmup, defensive skill work, throwing progression, defensive showcase and catch the pitchers bullpens. 
• Session 2 (Hitters):
  • Position players and two way players in this session will focus exclusively on offense, including drill work, instruction, and hitting rotations including a batting practice segment to showcase for the coaching staff. 
• Session 3 (INF/OF Defense):
  • Infielders and Outfielders will go through a dynamic warmup, defensive skill work, throwing progression and a defensive showcase.

Camp Add-Ons:

• Rapsodo Data for Pitchers (from your bullpen session) +$27 ($25 + $2 Fee)
• Rapsodo Data for Hitters (from your batting practice rounds) +$27 ($25 + $2 Fee)
  • SAVE $10 when registered for both

Schedule: 

• Session 1 - Pitchers and Catchers | 11:00am - 12:45pm
  • (From 12:45pm - 1:30pm campers can eat lunch (not provided) and there will be a brief recruiting talk)
• Session 2 - Hitters | 1:30pm - 3:15pm
• Session 3 - INF & OF Defense | 3:15pm - 5:00pm
