Youth Pitcher / Catcher Camp

Pitchers:
A great opportunity to work with coaches of the pitching staff as well as current pitchers! You will train the same way our current pitchers train. The session includes a warm up routine starting with a dynamic stretch, plyometric routine, throwing program, and bullpens. We will also demonstrate a post throwing routine for recovery. You will also get direct feedback from the coaching staff.

Catchers:
Catchers work through fundamental receiving, blocking, and footwork drills to build good habits. Coach Napolitano provides clear instruction on proper setup and teaches the catcher’s mindset of staying calm, thinking ahead, and leading the game.
