Event Description

This camp is open to all high school boys in grades 9-12 . The camp will be limited to the first 10 teams that register. Each team will play a total of 3 games and participate in breakout skill instruction with the Pitt Baseball Coaching Staff is included each day. Each game will have a 2-hour drop dead time limit unless 7 innings are completed before the time limit. Players can use metal or wood bats. Metal spikes are NOT permitted; players can only wear molded or turf cleats. Please get in touch with Jack Anderson at janderson@athletics.pitt.edu prior to signing your team up for camp.

CAMP PARTICIPATION

Open to any & all boys in grades 9-12

CAMP COST

$2,000 per team

CAMP CHECK-IN

Camp check-in will be from 1 ½ hours prior to the start of your first game at the Petersen Sports Complex.

CAMP TIMES

9:00am – 7:00pm daily (times may be subject to change, game times will be communicated to teams from the Pitt Baseball Camp Staff)

CAMP LOCATION

Petersen Sports Complex – 365 Robinson St. Ext, Pittsburgh, PA 15219

MEALS

Meals are not provided by the camp. Water and Gatorade will be provided to campers.

PARKING

The OC lot is recommended for guests who plan to stay and watch camp. The cost is $7.00 for the day. On-street paid parking is also available. If you plan to drop off your athlete, you can temporarily park along the street outside the baseball complex and return to your car after registering your athlete.

CANCELLATION POLICY

All camps are non-refundable. Cancellations due to weather or unforeseen circumstances will be communicated to campers via the email provided on their registration. Please email Jack Anderson (janderson@athletics.pitt.edu) if you cannot attend camp.
