Bulldog Camp

Come experience Adrian College! Campers will learn elite level skills throughout the defense, hitting and pitching sessions! Interact with and learn from AC players and coaches throughout the sessions and develop new skills.

*Please bring all your equipment you will need for the day!

Pitching: 9:00-10:30am

**Please bring your own catcher. Catchers that are catching a pitcher do not need to sign up for the catching portion.**

• 9:00-9:30: Warm up/Throw Overhand
• 9:30-10:30: Pitching Breakdown
• 10:30: Closing remarks

Catching: 9:00-10:30am

• 9:00-9:30: Warm up/Throw
• 9:30-10:30: Catching breakdown
• 10:30: Closing remarks

Hitting: 11:00-1:00pm

• 11:00-11:15: Warm ups
• 11:15-1:00: Hitting break down
• 1:00: Closing remarks

Defense: 1:00-2:30pm

• 1:00-1:15: Warm up
• 1:15-1:45: Throwing Progression
• 1:45-2:30: Infield/Outfield Breakdown
• 2:30: Closing remarks

What to bring:

• Tennis/Turf Shoes
• Campers need to bring their own glove, bat, helmet.
• Recommend bringing your own water bottle (water will be provided).
• Catchers must provide their own equipment. 
• **PITCHERS MUST BRING THEIR OWN CATCHER FOR THE PITCHING SESSION** Catchers do not have to sign up for the pitching/catching portion. If the catcher wants to go through the catching session, please bring another catcher for pitchers. The catching and pitching will not be combined until the end
