Event Description

Ames Wrestling Club 2026 Winter Session

Starts -January 13

Tuesdays & Thursdays – Level 1 (Ages 7–10)

This session is open to all newcomers and beginner wrestlers. Focused on the fundamentals, wrestlers will learn the basics of stance, movement, takedowns, and mat awareness. A great entry point for those just getting started.

Head Coach: Nate Alvarez

Time: 6:30pm - 8:00pm

2x/week: $164 ($154 + $10 Fee)
