Tuesday Preseason Tune-up Clinics
Pre-Season Tune-up Clinics with Meredith Lacrosse - Conditioning, Stickwork, and Scrimmages
MC Lax Clinics are run by the Meredith College Women’s Lacrosse Staff. Clinics are intended for girls entering grades 3-12. Each week players will spend time preparing for the upcoming season. Training includes 30 minutes (fun) conditioning, 30 minutes stickwork drills and 30 minutes scrimmages. Players will be grouped by experience along with grade level.

If you plan to attend the full five week series, please ONLY select this session option. If you plan to attend four or fewer clinics, select each individual session you plan to attend.
