What

These small group sessions are great for pitchers looking to advance their game. Learn from Valpo pitching Coach, Addy Jarvis, on January 9th in a speed focused session. In this session we will go over the importance of proper mechanics in order to gain power more efficiently. Athletes will leave with various drills to add to their everyday routines (will include new drills from session 1). During the January 16th session we will focus on the importance of spin progression and tunneling (will include new drills from session 2). Although challenging, this is what separates good pitchers from great pitchers at the next level.
