High School Girls Prospect Clinic

Held on our home turf field at York College of Pennsylvania, our elite prospect clinic is geared towards high school players who are interested in our top ranked Women's Lacrosse program. Get to know our players and coaching staff and test your skills as you prepare for your upcoming spring season!

*The clinic will take place outside on the turf, so please dress warmly! For extreme temps, we may move indoors. For a winter storm, the inclement weather date is January 25th. 

Clinic Coaches:

• Head Coach Jen Muston who is in her 19th year at York with an overall record of 240 & 94, leading the team to 6 NCAA Elite 8 appearances and 5 Conference Championships in '19 '22, '23, '24 & '25.
• Longtime assistant Ashley Fitzhugh, (also in her 19th year at York) and the recipient of the 2019 IWLCA Outstanding Assistant Coach of the Year award. Defense & goalie coach.
• Assistant Coach Gena Speights, a first-year assistant coach & former standout player at Millersville University. Defense, draw, & goalie coach.
• Assistant Coach Emma Stiffler, a first-year assistant coach & former standout player at Shenandoah University. Offense & goalie coach.

Location:
Kinsley turf field on the campus of York College

Camp Perks:
Observe a practice, meet the entire roster & coaching staff, guided tour of campus by the players, dine in our campus cafeteria, Q&A session w\coaches & players, play on Kinsley Field!  

Schedule:

• (Optional) 9:00am-10:50: arrive anytime to watch our team practice on the turf outside (dress warm!)
• 11:00am: Check-in at the field
• 11:15am: Practice session on Kinsley turf field. Practice plan to include: positional work in small groups (attack, mids, defense, GK's), stickwork, small sided drills, 7v7 and full field scrimmaging.
• 1:20pm - 1:50pm: Full field game
• 2:00pm - 2:40pm: Lunch in the campus dining hall (provided)
• 2:40pm - 3:00pm: Q&A with York coaches and players  
• 3:00pm - 4:00pm: Tour of main campus, athletic center, locker room
