2026 High School Pre-Season Clinic Series: Attack

Camp Description: Our High School Pre-Season Clinic Series is a great way for players to work on their fitness, stickwork, and other skills right before their high school tryouts! Each session will be geared towards a specific position: 

• Session One (February 1, 2026): Attack  

• Session Two (February 8, 2026): Defense (includes goalies)  

• Session Three (February 15, 2026): Midfield/Draw  

Each session will include speed and agility work, lots of stickwork, and small sided positional drills. Attackers will leave their session feeling more comfortable with shooting techniques, feeding skills, and off-ball movement / working with teammates. Defenders will leave feeling solid in their 1v1 defense, double teams, slides, and clears. Midfielders will leave their session feeling knowledgeable about draw taking techniques, circle strategies, and ways to work on their wrist strength. 

Our goal with our Pre-Season Clinic Series is to prepare players for their spring lacrosse seasons by making sure they focus on the fundamentals of lacrosse skills, as well as develop their game IQ by working through conceptual drills.

Players who are interested in learning more about other positions or who are looking to expand their lacrosse abilities are encouraged to join us for all three sessions!  

All clinic sessions will take place inside Shirk Center. Players will receive a reversible pinnie to wear for the clinic and keep (*one pinnie per player regardless of number of sessions attending).
