Co-Ed Swim Camp 1 Half-Day
The MSMC Swimming camp provides a comprehensive, high-quality training experience designed to develop both skill and endurance. The camp day begins with stretching and dryland circuits from 9:00 am–10:00 am, followed by focused stroke-technique work on one stroke per day from 10:00 am–Noon. Half-day swimmers are dismissed at Noon. Swimmers between the ages of 10 and 11 must provide a letter of recommendation prior to registration to Head Coach Chris Mance via email.
