2026 5 Day Girls Camp

Our 5-Day Girls Camp was a huge success last summer! We created this camp in response to the rapidly growing demand for female wrestling opportunities across surrounding states. With girls’ wrestling becoming one of the fastest-growing sports in the country, our goal was to offer an inclusive, empowering, and competitive environment where every female wrestler can thrive.

This camp is designed to help girls sharpen their technical skills, gain confidence, and build meaningful connections with other athletes who share their passion. Campers will take part in everything from drills and technique sessions to live wrestling, conditioning, and team-building activities—making it both a skill-building and unforgettable bonding experience.

Discounts:Only Applies when paying in Full. Registration prior to end of day March 31st, 2026 will receive $25 off.

Staffing: Full-time staff members will supervise resident camp participants during all sessions, in the dining halls and residence halls. Campers are required to attend all camp activities and comply with all camp rules and regulations which are provided with our camp registration packet. Our Camp System takes great pride in provide an excellent 10:1 Camper to Staff member ratio to enhance camper instruction and safety. 

Refund Policy: Because camp needs to secure housing, counselors, meals and other factors in advance to make sure our camper experience is at its best, we do not issue camper refunds under any circumstances.  We will issue camper credits for future Troy Nickerson Wrestling Camps.  If you are unsure if your camper will be able to make it at the time of registration, we recommend you purchase camp insurance through Ryzer at the time of registration.
