Viticulture Certificate Program
Vino de las Colinas: Viticulture Certificate Program focuses on skilled labor experience in practical viticulture management. Students will actively participate in Texas Hill Country vineyard cycle practices including irrigation, vineyard design, planting, vine development, spray cycle, equipment, harvest, and winery production.

The class will meet twice per month, starting in March, ending in August.
