CO-ED UWO JUMPS, SPRINTS, & THROWS CAMP |
The Oshkosh Track & Field program would like to invite middle school and high school athletes to join our coaching staff for a one-day Jumps, Sprints, & Throws Camp! This clinic is open to all athletes and skill levels. The clinic will include skills/technique/drills, film, and end with optional competition style attempts.

WHAT TO BRING:
All participants should bring their own
- workouts clothes
- training shoes
- spikes
- Water Bottle
- a Notebook and Pen are encouraged
- Throwers need to bring their own indoor implements.
- Please bring your own Lunch

HOWEVER, CAMP ATTENDANCE AT OSHKOSH (INCLUDING ATTENDANCE AT ELITE OR TEAM CAMPS) IS NEVER RESTRICTED BY A CAMPER'S SKILL LEVEL OR COMPETITIVE EXPERIENCE.
