Who: Grades 6th - 8th, High School & JUCO Pitchers Time: see below Location: Butler University Athletic Facilities Cost: $80 one session ($75 + $5 Fee) |

January 6th Middle School: 10:00 am - 12:00 pm High School & JUCO: 12:30 pm - 2:30 pm |
What to bring: Glove, Turf Shoes, Water Bottle
Middle School Grades 6 - 8 Itinerary:
- 30 Minutes - Presentation of Healthy Pitching Habits and Movements.
- 30 Minutes - Healthy and Functional Throwing Drills
- 20 Minutes - Pickoffs
- 40 Minutes - Throwing and Pitching
- *Trackman Data will be Captured
High School - Grades 9-12 and Junior College Pitchers:
- 30 Minutes - Presentation of Healthy Pitching Habits and Movements.
