Augsburg Wrestling Team Competition Day is a great opportunity to kick off your team’s Summer break and motivate their offseason training. The day features a warmup/technique session led by the 15-Time NCAA National Champion Augsburg Wrestling Coaching staff and current team and a minimum of 4 dual meet matches.

• USA Wrestling’s U16 Weight Classes: (88 lbs, 94 lbs, 100 lbs, 106 lbs, 113 lbs, 120 lbs, 126 lbs, 132 lbs, 138 lbs, 144 lbs, 150 lbs, 157 lbs, 165 lbs, 175 lbs, 190 lbs, 215 lbs, 285 lbs)
• Opportunity for your incoming middle school wrestlers to be around your upperclassmen leaders
• Individualized team technique session during team’s bye 
• Augsburg Wrestling National Championship Camp T-Shirt 
• Licensed Athletic Trainer at each session
• Awards for Winning Teams
• Individuals and smaller groups are welcome to join and will be added to teams missing your weight class
• Opportunity to take advantage of Twin Cities attractions on day prior or after including: (Mall of America, Nickelodeon Universe, MOA Waterpark, Valley Fair, Vertical Endeavors, St Paul Saints, Memory Lanes, Top Golf, Escape Rooms, Etc.)
