In-Season Basketball Training is designed to help players maintain their skills, strength, and confidence throughout the competitive season. Sessions focus on refining shooting form, footwork, and decision-making while managing fatigue and avoiding overtraining. Athletes stay sharp and game-ready, ensuring consistent performance throughout the season.

In-Season Basketball Shooting Training will train players in footwork shooting, improving form, and game shots to keep them performing at a high level. Sessions focus on refining technique and building confidence through purposeful repetitions. Everything we do is designed to translate directly to real game situations.

8:00pm- 9:00pm: High School Skills Training 

TUESDAYS-In Season Shooting
Days offered: January 6th, 13th, 20th, 27th, February 3rd, 10th, 17th and 24th
7:00pm - 8:00pm: In Season Shooting (High School and Junior High) - Only 12 spots available
