This clinic will focus on starts and all 7 turns for all strokes and the individual medley.  We will also cover prone balance, streamlining, and underwater harmonics.  The swimmer to coach ratio will be approximately 3:1.  Swimmers will be videoed using phone cameras and the Sideline Scout video system.  They will be able to compare their technique with videos of model swimmers.  Each swimmer will receive a written critique of the various aspects of their technique.
