Focused on building a foundation of basic gymnastics skills while creating an atmosphere of fun, creativity, safety, and motor skill development.

• Basic Gymnastics Instruction: Learn essential beginning basic gymnastics skills from the University of Michigan Gymnastics Team on vault, uneven bars, balance beam, and floor exercise in a supportive and encouraging environment.
• Games & Activities: Fun games to develop coordination, strength, and teamwork, while keeping the excitement high!
• Crafts: Get creative with arts and crafts projects that children can take home to show off their camp spirit.
• Safety First: Our experienced coaches will provide constant supervision, ensuring that every activity is done with safety as the top priority.

Location: Don Shepherd Gymnastics Center, Sports performance center: film rooms, turf room, weight room

What to bring: Leotard/ shorts gymnastics apparel, grips, any training supplies: tape or pre wrap, tiger paws, etc., water bottles, LUNCH, medication if needed, spending money if needed.

Housing: This camp is a commuter camp. There are several hotels in the surrounding areas of our gym.
