2026 MICHIGAN ELITE PROSPECT CAMP

Ages: 8th - 12th grade in Fall 2026 This camp is highly recommended for athletes in USAG Level 9 and up. Times: 9:00am - 5:30pm, daily Cost: $473.63 ($450 + $23.63 Fee) |
Our Elite Prospect Camp is recommended for Level 9 and above gymnasts who are entering 8th grade or higher. Each day campers will have rotations that include Vault, Uneven Bars, Sports Psychology, Dance, Balance Beam, Floor Exercise, Sports Nutrition, and Conditioning/Flexibility.
Daily Schedule
- 8:15 am – Check-In on first day (8:30 am drop off on day 2)
- 9:00 am – Stretch
- 9:20 am – 4 Morning Rotations
- 12:15 pm – Lunch
- 1:30 pm – Stretch
- 1:55 pm – 4 Afternoon Rotations
- 5:15 pm – Check-Out (Remember to bring ID in to sign out your camper)
Location: Don Shepherd Gymnastics Center, Sports performance center: film rooms, turf room, weight room
Lunch Campers will need to bring their own lunch from home each day. Note that there will not be refrigeration available, so please pack lunches accordingly. Separate seating for those with airborne food allergies will be provided.
Daily Camp Check-In and Check-Out
On Day 1 the doors will open at 8:15 am for check-in. On the morning of Day 2, doors open at 8:30am for curb side drop off (We will have staff outside to assist).
Our gym address is 2300 South State Street Ann Arbor MI.
Gymnasts should arrive in leotards prepared to warm up shortly after they arrive. We ask that you enter through the front door of the gym and we will have a greeter outside the door to help direct you to the correct spot.
At the end of each day, please remember to bring your photo ID in to the gym for pick-up and check-out.
What to bring: Leotard/ shorts gymnastics apparel, grips, any training supplies: tape or pre wrap, tiger paws, etc., water bottles, LUNCH, medication if needed, spending money if needed.
Housing: This camp is a commuter camp. There are several hotels in the surrounding areas of our gym.
