Join us for an afternoon to be coached by the PC coaches and players and get a feel for what PC Field hockey is about.
What to Expect:
- Skill-building exercises
- Dribbling, passing, and shooting drills
- Defensive techniques
- Small-sided games and scrimmages
- Fun, high-energy training sessions
Location: Held at Lennon Family Field on the campus of Providence College Providence, Rhode Island

- Stick
- Shinguards
- Mouthguard
- Turf Shoes
- Cross-Training Shoes
- Water Bottle
- Goalies Must Bring Their Own Equipment
