Join us for an exciting Skills & Drills Field Hockey program designed to develop fundamental skills, improve technique, and boost confidence on the field! Whether you're a beginner looking to learn the basics or an experienced player aiming to sharpen your game, this program is perfect for all skill levels.
What to Expect:
- Skill-building exercises
- Dribbling, passing, and shooting drills
- Defensive techniques
- Small-sided games and scrimmages
- Fun, high-energy training sessions
Location: Held at Lennon Family Field on the campus of Providence College Providence, Rhode Island
