Jump into rugby and prepare for the upcoming season! Whether you are dipping your toe into the water for the first time or a salty veteran getting ready for a big year, Lindenwood players and coaches will help you get your season started. 

Players will be led through an hour of skill development with current Lindenwood players followed by an hour of fast paced and challenging games meant to development performance under pressure and game sense.  

During this period, coaches are encouraged to attend and shadow the activities and conference with Lindenwood coaches to prepare for their season. They will also connect with new players looking for a team and trying rugby for the first time.
