Event Description

2026 PRESEASON HITTING AND/OR PITCHING BOOTCAMP

Hitting Bootcamp
Hitters will be taken through a college like developmental practice where they can anticipate a mix of drills. These drills will be a mix of live throwing from coaches and pitching machines as well as some mental game aspects of being an elite hitter.

Pitching Bootcamp
Pitchers will go through a J-Band and Plyo Ball warm-up routine and go through a throwing progression with College Pitching Coaches. Coaches will write up a weekly throwing plans for athletes and bullpens will be thrown on Thursdays. Aspects of mobility and recovery will also be presented as well as some helpful pitcher conditioning tips and routines.

Grade: 9th - 12th Times: Hitting Bootcamp \| Mondays and Tuesdays at 5:30 PM January 26th, 27th, February 2nd, 3rd , 9th, 10th, 16th, 17th, 23rd, and 24th Pitching Bootcamp \| Tuesdays and Wednesdays at 5:30 PM January 27th, 28th, February 3rd, 4th, 10th, 11th, 17th, 18th, 24th, and 25th Cost: Hitting Only \| $239 ($225 + $14 Fee) Pitching Only \| $239 ($225 + $14 Fee) Hitting and Pitching \| $477 ($450 + $27 Fee)
