Morning Let's Get FIT
This course will use a variety of functional exercises to meet you wherever you are. It will include progressive training that is aimed at improving overall fitness. There will be an emphasis on core, balance, and flexibility. The class will generally be in a circuit style and may involve body weight, the use of free weights, kettlebells, resistance bands, BOSU ball etc. If you are looking for a total body fitness adventure, come join in the fun as we challenge our bodies to reach our fitness goals. This class is led by Kenna Sweglar, Certified Fitness Trainer. Register early as the class has a limited number of spaces.
