Event Description

SET: Staff Engineered Training

Hardrocker SET (Staff Engineered Training) is a class led by Director of Performance Garrett Snook. This Monday-Friday class is in the athletic weight room using premium equipment. SET is a 45-to-60- minute class with a periodized and progressed program. Training consists of strength and energy systems development. This class is open to all ability levels with customization and modifications provided. Class is held from 12:00 pm-1:00 pm for $90/month with all funds going towards the athletic performance department. These funds are used to purchase equipment not only for the athletes but also for members who participate in this class.
