What you'll practice:
- Rotational Mobility: Improve mobility in mid-back, shoulders, hips, ankles, and core.
- Linear and Lateral Speed: Improve ability to sprint and change direction quickly.
- Acceleration & Deceleration Techniques: Work on starting and stopping quickly and safely.
- Rotational Strength: Build power essential for hitting, pitching, and throwing through specialized drills.
- Plyometrics: Unlock explosive power with dynamic training exercises.
