Skill Clinic Training Sessions are designed for athletes who want to break the game down and build it back up through focused, high-rep training. Each one-day clinic takes a deep dive into a specific skill area, emphasizing technical development, repetition, and feedback in a controlled learning environment. Athletes will receive technical instruction and feedback from the Warriors' coaching staff and athletes in a structured, intentional training environment.

These sessions are perfect for players who want to sharpen fundamentals, refine mechanics, and build confidence — whether you’re newer to the game or a seasoned varsity athlete. Because the focus is on skill mastery, there is limited live play, allowing athletes to maximize reps and intentional training.

First Contact Skill Training Clinic

First contact sets the tone for every rally. This clinic focuses on the technical and tactical skills needed to create consistent, confident first contacts in serve receive, defense, and serving.

Athletes will work through high-rep drills that emphasize:

• Platform control and body positioning
• Reading the server and attacker
• Defensive movement and balance
• Serving technique and consistency

This session is ideal for players looking to become more reliable and confident in ball control — the foundation of winning volleyball.
