Basketball Leadership Academy

Description:

The Basketball Leadership Academy is a transformative two-day camp designed to develop the next generation of leaders both on and off the court. Athletes will engage in high-energy on-court skill sessions that emphasize teamwork, discipline, and communication—core qualities of effective leadership in the game.

Off the court, participants will take part in dynamic classroom-style sessions focused on self-leadership, character development, and faith-driven personal growth. Each lesson equips players with practical tools to lead themselves first, building the foundation to inspire and lead others in their teams, schools, and communities.
Rooted in a Christ-centered approach, the academy weaves biblical principles of servant leadership throughout the entire experience. Campers will discover how faith shapes leadership, how integrity guides decision-making, and how humility and confidence can coexist in competition and life.
