Luther Women's Wrestling Prospect Camp
Technique camp to learn and identify prospective student athletes. Discussions including importance of nutrition, exercising, and weight lifting. A tour of Luther’s new athletic facility will be included. Please arrive through the Gerdin Fieldhouse main entrance located on the North side of the Athletic Facility on “lower campus”.

8:00 AM: Check in at Gerdin Field House entrance
8:30 AM: Session One: Ties and Set Ups
10:30 AM: Nutrition/Exercise/Lifting Seminar
11:30 AM: Lunch in Cafeteria
12:30 PM: Session Two: Shots and Finishes
2:30 PM: Athletic Facilities Tour
3:30 PM: Session Three: Throws
4:30 PM: Q/A with Coach Timmerman and current Luther wrestlers
